Leaving change to chance ultimately may lead to a company’s demise, falling behind its competitors as it fails to adequately respond to opportunities or risks in a timely manner.

Having dedicated the entirety of my professional life to delivering business change and having had the privilege of being part of dedicated collaborative teams focused on delivering complex change for the business, I have in-depth understanding and insight into how business’ approach change and years later have seen the failure of the change to deliver the desired outcome and for the company to fully realize the desired outcome.

As a Change Agent and Practitioner, I continue to be passionate about leading and guiding businesses on their change journey’s to sustainable growth, profitability and success. These change journeys that look to deliver on the business model, that is successfully execute strategy and deliver the envisaged value, is a core skill and capability that a lot of companies have not mastered. What makes me tick is being involved in that effort ensuring that acquiring change delivery competencies is not a one-off achievement, but baked into the company’s fabric.
